I'm Shefi, a certified IKIGAI coach, author, and founder of AIMROOTS, a life-education platform dedicated to shaping youth with clarity, character, and confidence.
Like many young people, I grew up chasing what society called "success" - earning a degree, landing a job, and even trying quick ways to make money. I believed that achieving these milestones would finally make me happy.
But life had other plans.
I faced multiple failures, lost money, reputation, and relationships I deeply valued, and struggled with confusion about who I was and where I was going. On the outside, I seemed fine, but inside, I felt completely lost, anxious, and overwhelmed. It was this pain that led me to ask one powerful question:
"What is the real purpose of my life?"
That question became my turning point. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, deeply researched over 100 self-help books, observing the lives of successful people, and reflecting on my own experiences. I also invested transformational programs, mentorships and rebuilt myself from the inside out, not just to earn money, but to live a life of true meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.
This journey gave me a clear vision: to create a world where every young person lives with clarity, strong character, and confidence, ready to make a positive impact. It also inspired me to start AIMROOTS and shaped my life mission: to empower 1 billion young people to discover their purpose, build strong values, and lead with confidence through the AIMROOTS platform.

This program is suitable for all age groups, as it focuses on evergreen life principles. However, it is primarily designed for young adults aged 20 to 35, helping them gain clarity, direction, and actionable steps for both personal and professional growth.
Our program is designed to ensure you gain clarity step by step. If you still feel unclear after the sessions, I offer additional guidance and follow-up support to help you reach the clarity you need. Your transformation is the priority, and I stay committed until you get the outcome you came for.
The program fee varies based on the format you choose online or offline. I'm committed to offering this transformational experience in an accessible way while maintaining high-quality, personalized attention for every client.For complete clarity, all investment details are clearly mentioned in the application form.
This Program Currently offered offline at Kerala,India. However, for a private, in-person session abroad, I am available to travel exclusively for you. Clients are required to cover travel, accommodation, and a premium program fee for such arrangements.
